Procedure for regulating the public use of the logo and name of the AeH2
The public use of the logo and name of the Spanish Hydrogen Association (AeH2) must have been previously authorized by the Board of Directors of the AeH2. Entities interested in using the logo and/or name of the AeH2 must request authorization through the following form
The authorization of the use of the logo and the name of the AeH2 will refer to a specific and defined entity, activity and period of use.
The applicant will be informed via email about the granting of authorization and about the entity, activity and period for which the use of the AeH2 logo and name is authorized.
When authorization for use has been granted, the authorized entity may use the AeH2 logo following the guidelines set out in the corporate identification manual. Any uncertainty regarding the appropriate use of the logo will be consulted with the AeH2 Technical Secretariat prior to its use.
Once the period of activity for which the public use of the AeH2 logo and name has been authorized has expired, the authorized entity must cease the use of both and make a new request for future uses.
The AeH2 is not responsible for the improper use of its logo or name in any activity not previously authorized. In this sense, AeH2 reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions in defense of its rights.
